Terms & Conditions – Jalals Express AB
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Jalals Express AB, reg. no. 559504-6813, based in Vislanda, Sweden. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Services
Jalals Express AB provides courier and delivery transport services as well as related logistics solutions.
We reserve the right to refuse transport of items that may be dangerous, illegal, or otherwise prohibited under applicable laws and regulations.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all booking information (address, contact details, description of contents) is accurate and complete.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made through the agreed channels (telephone, email, or other designated systems).
Payment is due in accordance with the agreed method: direct payment, invoice, or customer account arrangement.
Late payments are subject to statutory interest in accordance with Swedish law.
4. Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver within the agreed timeframe but cannot be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g., traffic disruptions, weather conditions, government actions).
A delivery is deemed completed once the consignment has been handed over to the recipient at the specified address and signed for.
5. Liability & Insurance
Jalals Express AB is responsible for goods only while they are in our possession.
Compensation for lost or damaged goods is limited to a maximum of SEK 150 per kilogram or SEK 5,000 per consignment, unless a separate agreement specifying a higher liability limit has been made.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packed and secured for transport.
6. Customer Obligations
The customer must ensure that:
Goods are adequately packaged, labelled, and do not violate laws or safety regulations.
The recipient is available at the delivery address at the agreed time.
Any duties, taxes, or customs charges relating to the consignment are paid in full.
7. Claims & Disputes
Any claim for lost or damaged goods must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date.
Disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
If no resolution can be reached, disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts under Swedish law.
8. Force Majeure
Jalals Express AB shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical disruptions.
